A consistent top producer, Sue’s 26 years as a real estate professional have prepared her well to meet and anticipate the needs of her clients. In 2011 she was named to the International Diamond Society which represents the top 8% of Coldwell Banker professionals internationally. She is also a Certified Residential Specialist, CRS, representing experience, achievement in production and further education.

A native of the Midwest, Sue earned a BS from the University of Cincinnati. She worked as a teacher and flight attendant prior to entering the real estate profession. She has been a resident of Monarch Beach for many years where she and her husband have reared their three daughters. This has given her a broad knowledge of and appreciation for the lifestyle offered by South County. She passionately believes there is no better place to live.
